Question 1. Do you offer Technical Services or Support ?

Answer: Yes, we offer a variety of services both online and offline to our clients and customers – please see the services section for what we offer.

Question 2. Why doesn’t I love computer come up in a search on Cipc?

Answer; We’re not Cipc Registered and operate as a sole proprietorship however until such time that registration is viable.

Question 3. Do you have a walk in store?

Answer: We can only offer walk-ins for Gauteng Clients

Question 4. Can I pay in person for an order ?

Answer: Yes, we offer “pay in person” for clients / customers residing in Gauteng (we have card facilities)

Question 5. What Delivery Options do you use?

Answer: We make use of The Courier Guy, with alternatively Postnet to Postnet, Please see our shipping options for prices, regarding our courier and delivery options.

Question 6. Which Courier Companies do you use?

Answer: We make use of The Courier Guy and use The Postnet to Postnet Method.

Question 7. Do you offer business tailored services/solutions?

Answer: We’re looking to offer business specific services on a SLA (Service Level Agreement) basis soon.

Question 8. Do you offer bulk purchase discount?

Answer: Please contact us with your requirement, we will see we can accommodate your needs.

Question 9: Do you charge any additional fees ?

Answer: We charge R130.00 for orders under R2000.00 – Orders of R2000 and above is exempt of this.
