Terms of Service Agreement

Terms and Conditions of our On-site and Off-site services…

  • All Services provided on an off-site basis (at your home or office) excludes a call out fee of R350.00
  • I require 50 percent of the total cost of the service, with the remaining amount to be paid on release of the device
  • We support EFT Payments as well as Debit and Credit Cards – On site Card Payment Available (tap only)
  • Fees charged for various services are subject to change and include 15% Vat
  • For services like Troubleshooting or Diagnostics or Software Maintenance, please note that should a problem be an easy fix like a loose cable or a cable management related problem – the quoted fee remains the same
  • It’s recommended that you backup your data before I have a look or diagnose your pc/notebook, I don’t accept responsibility for data loss
  • Backing up of data is not included and charged at R600.00
  • I’m available to assist with problems from Monday to Friday, I don’t work weekends.
  • Prices for Components or parts are not included and quoted for separately, 10 percent discount for support related services
  • I don’t do fixing of bent pins (processors) or electronic repairs of any kind
  • I also don’t do advanced data recovery and cannot repair damaged or broken hard-drives.
  • I don’t install cracked software products or software that’s not genuine.
  • We don’t repair cellphones or tablets nor do we replace batteries etc.
  • I can only assist with Bios updates if both Motherboard and processor are present
  • I don’t stock spares or parts and so have to be ordered when needed and can take up to 2 or 3 days to receive
