I love Computer is a home-based operation and re-sell products made available to us through our suppliers through an online store environment as well as through an old school quote based approach.
Due to being a home based sole proprietorship (for the time being) we are a very small operation and therefore do not have a warehouse that we can stock the items sold on this website… due to this i also do not keep stock of anything sold by us and so instead every item purchased on our site is ordered for the client on their behalf.

Our Products and Services
Being an IT Reseller, we not only resell products held by our suppliers but also offer services that most computer shops or businesses would… such as custom desktops, upgrade kits, computer cleaning, it support and so on.
Who we offer our services to and where: The use of our website and our services is open for use by anyone residing in South Africa and so offer our services to all provinces within South Africa.
International Clients / Orders: We’re currently do not take orders and cannot ship to Countries outside of South Africa, I may however be looking to expand my business to countries outside of South Africa in the future at some point. – please keep your eyes peeled.
Products in store: we host on our store around 10000 + products… which despite not being directly connected to our suppliers databases in terms of stock and pricing – they are genuinely held by our suppliers.

Our custom built and built to spec desktops: I love Computer specialize in custom built or built to spec desktop computers to suit your budget and all categories of use. – please see our custom desktop section for more info.
Support Services: Like most Computer Shops or Businesses, i also offer technical services related to computers, from troubleshooting and maintenance to upgrading old technology.

The Ordering Process
When a client or customer purchases a product off our site and is paid for either through our trusted payment gateways, eft transaction into our bank account or paid in person – once we have confirmation that the transaction has cleared into our bank account, I place the order from the holding supplier on behalf of the client or customer.
If a client chose to have the product delivered through courier, the cost is built in and added on to the cart on final check out, otherwise no charges are levied for collection in person from our home office.
When i receive the product from the holding supplier, it’s then shipped or the client notified that the item is ready for collection (should he/she choose to collect in person)
Support Services
I also quote the Client/Customer for various Technical Services of which is done via email and so we allow eft and card payment for these services. One can also request quotes for our services on this website.
Refunds:
Even though i’m a sole proprietorship, we do offer refunds to our Clients and Customers…
- Where a product has been refunded for by the holding supplier: to which the client is re-imbursed within 48 hours of the refund being received from the suppler. (subject to terms and conditions) – I give 7 days for a full refund.
- I provide Clients/Customers 48 hours to confirm their order after making a purchase of my website, to which should a Client/Customer choose to change or cancel their order – they have the 48 hour window for this.
- Some products I do not refund on, please contact for confirmation.
I do not refund on…
- Wrong orders
- Products as to which my suppliers do not issue refunds for
- Products that have been tampered with or aren’t delivered to me complete.
- Products that are damaged or stolen during delivery where insurance has not been added to your delivery costs – this applies to returns as well.
Our Online Store is no different to any other online shop out there, despite that we’re a lot smaller than some of our larger competitors.
During Pricing or Stock Updates:
Please note that the products listed on this site are not live and therefore not directly connected to our suppliers product data, Therefore the message to contact us for confirmation of stock or pricing. We however try to update once a month to try keep things as accurate as possible, however sometimes things do slip!
So it’s advised to contact us before placing an order (purchasing off this site)
Aftersales Services
As we’re a small Business, particularly a sole proprietorship… we try to make up for this by offering the best after sales service as much as possible… especially for our more expensive product lines like desktops, notebooks and other computing forms – all computers built and sold by us include on-site and online support for 3 months of which further support can be purchased separately at a discounted rate.
Handling Fee
Please note: For orders under R2000 we have had to implement a handling fee of R140.00 which is used to cover logistical costs for orders under R2000.00 and is very much something out of our control… If you have any questions… please contact us for help.

I love Computer, currently has genuine and valid accounts with Frontosa, Corex, Syntech, Data Storage Distribution, Xperien (Refurbished Products) as well as others that we’re yet to sign up with.
