Components Lead Time (Excluding Delivery)
2- 3 Business Days for individual components, peripherals, chairs etc
Laptop and Nuc Lead time (Excluding Delivery)
2-4 Business Days (Depending on Configuration – some purchased upgrades may be required on SSD and Ram plus software installation
Desktop Computers Lead Time (Excluding Delivery)
5 Business Days – (Our machines are built from scratch and so we offer a large array of options regarding our machines)
Delivery: 3 – 5 Business Days – This is dependent on Courier Lead Times provided to us, and so could change.
General
We only ship to residential or work addresses, please note that our shipping options exclude insurance on all expensive items. We recommend contacting us for a quote to include insurance on your order – Once an order has been processed, the customer will receive a tracking number along with confirmation of the courier handling the delivery
Returns Policy
All items bought from I Love Computer come with a warranty as supplied by a 3rd party (our suppliers) We will only refund a customer where an item has been refunded by the supplier.
If an item arrives DOA (dead on arrival) we require the product to be returned to us within 48 hours of it being purchased that we can send it back to our suppliers to be checked and a refund process initiated.
We will require all merchandise and packaging such as cables, manuals, cd’s, brochures etc that came with the product purchased, if there are any items missing we may refuse a refund until the items are returned. For items like Monitors, laptops etc the warranty is held with the authorized service centre.
We allow 48 hours order cancellation for a complete refund, this is to cover for wrong orders.
If an item falls within the 7 days of purchase, we refund the customer the full amount or swap the item out once the process has been completed with the holding supplier.
We do not refund any software that has been opened or tampered with.
